    The staff were generally friendly, but the

    Management was lacking. We encountered numerous issues like unclean rooms and no hot water. The location was convenient, but for the steep price, better service and upkeep were expected. I appreciated the potential of the apartment but felt greatly underwhelmed.

    I really liked the cozy vibe of my Double Room and appreciated how clean everything was during my three-night stay. The rooftop pool and yoga classes were perfect. The only downside was the gym being a bit cramped, but it didn't ruin my stay 😊

    We booked absolutely stunning and clean double room with zero sound isolation and could use wake-up service, available in it. The staff was very very nice, courteous all the time. The hotel was in a good location, between both areas.

    The hotel was incredibly beautiful and absolutely gorgeous, I liked it, especially garden view. Extremely helpful and very amiable staff made my stay a very good experience. A double room had a comfortable bed. Location: the venue was so close to nearby restaurants, and the jungle. There was cafe La Pebeta, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Nothing too much trouble, the property met what I needed.

    Though everything was really good, some of the staff were very rude.

    The space was spacious and beautifully decorated, just like the pictures. The bicycles available for rent made exploring the area so easy. Plus, we were kinda surprised that there were no mosquitoes at all !

    Location is a bit far from major attractions.

    This place is an absolute dream for nature lovers. The lush greenery surrounding the hotel. I loved soaking in the tranquil rooftop pool and just unwinding with my partner in that cozy, jungle-style ambiance.

    Nature's Embrace in Paradise

    Waking up surrounded by lush trees was pure magic. The staff treated us like family, we felt at home .
